What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?
The number one priority at Medical Affairs Strategic Summit (MASS) is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the Hyatt on how to provide a safe and secure environment.
MASS will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move closer to the event, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.

The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink

Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
Yes, all attendees, sponsors, speakers, and Questex staff must be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending the event. Only USA-approved vaccinations will be accepted.
What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?
BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
How do I show proof of vaccination?
After you register, you will be contacted by Health Shield via a text on your cell phone. You will need to upload official proof of vaccination via the Health Shield text messaging application.
What if I am not vaccinated 15 days prior to the even ?
